The following Terms and Conditions are the terms on which Xaprio Solutions provides services to our Customers. Xaprio Solutions shall provide services to the Customer as described and specified in the proposal provided by Xaprio Solutions to the Customer. These Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India.

1. By using the Xaprio Solutions Web-Site, you agree to following and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Web-Site.
