Analysis: The Very Important and 1st stage of life cycle comes as Requirement Analysis. Where in Our Project Manager and team will directly discuss the flow and requirements of the project. Our Team of Professional Designer, Developer, QA and Project manager will analyze the requirement to provide you with choice of Platform, Technology, and Framework. We carry this document till completion of project to stick to your requirements and ensure everything is being done, how it should be. It takes 15-20% of total development time.

Design: Once the Documentation is done, we start with 2nd very important phase of Project. We break up the whole project in stages. Our team of Designers, Developer, QA and Project Manager allocates the work accordingly. A new stages based documentation is populated. This document is the technical equivalent of SRS. In SRS-Tech, we also finalize, from where we will start, deadlines, different tasks etc. Same document is considered as a base till the later stages of the project.

Coding: This is the phase where actual development takes place. Here the Xaprio's expert cores make the application using SRS and SRS-Tech, to meet your needs with 100% precision. This can be called as the main phase of total development cycle, as it takes 40-50% of total development time. Although proper planning done in earlier stages make things systematic and thus save plenty of time.

Testing: At Xaprio Solutions,We are capable of employing various methods of testing as per the requirement of Client and project. Some of the methods available with us are:

Proper implementation on the report generated with various steps and methods of testing ensure the optimum quality of final product and also make sure the product is in line with the earlier decided requirements.

Support: The major difference of working with Xaprio is it's after sales support. We extend our services for 3 months after the final delivery of the product. We take the responsibility to fix any bug occurred while implementation of product. And we also commit to fix any discrepancy in the final output and discussed requirements.
